Cancellation and Refund Policies

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Participant-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the course/workshop start date to be eligible for any form of rescheduling or refund.

Requests for cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@beetiplearning.com, including your full name, contact details, and transaction details.

Cancellations requested after the 48-hour cutoff will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2. No-Show Policy

If a participant does not attend the scheduled course or workshop without prior cancellation, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

1.3. BeeTip Learning-Initiated Cancellations

BeeTip Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment or technical issues.

In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of purchase, provided the course/workshop has not yet commenced.

Refunds will not be processed for services that have already been delivered, including access to course materials or live sessions.

2.2. Refund Processing Time
​

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request approval.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

2.3. Refund for EMI Transactions
​

For transactions made via EMI, refunds will follow the policies of the respective credit card issuer.

Any interest or processing fees charged by the bank will not be refunded.

2.4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not applicable for promotional offers, discounted bundles, or partially completed courses.

Administrative charges may apply for cancellations and will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Special Considerations

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal issues, participants may submit a request for review, along with supporting documents. BeeTip Learning reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at its discretion.

3.1. Rescheduling Policy

Participants may reschedule their enrollment to another batch or program, subject to availability, provided they notify BeeTip Learning at least 48 hours prior to the original course start date.
