Cancellation and Refund Policies

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Participant-Initiated Cancellations

​

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the course/workshop start date to be eligible for any form of rescheduling or refund.

  • Requests for cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@beetiplearning.com, including your full name, contact details, and transaction details.

  • Cancellations requested after the 48-hour cutoff will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2. No-Show Policy

​

  • If a participant does not attend the scheduled course or workshop without prior cancellation, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

1.3. BeeTip Learning-Initiated Cancellations

​

  • BeeTip Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment or technical issues.

  • In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

​

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

​

  • Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of purchase, provided the course/workshop has not yet commenced.

  • Refunds will not be processed for services that have already been delivered, including access to course materials or live sessions.

2.2. Refund Processing Time

​

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request approval.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

​

2.3. Refund for EMI Transactions

​

  • For transactions made via EMI, refunds will follow the policies of the respective credit card issuer.

  • Any interest or processing fees charged by the bank will not be refunded.

​

2.4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

​

  • Refunds are not applicable for promotional offers, discounted bundles, or partially completed courses.

  • Administrative charges may apply for cancellations and will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Special Considerations

​

  • In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal issues, participants may submit a request for review, along with supporting documents. BeeTip Learning reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at its discretion.

3.1. Rescheduling Policy

​

  • Participants may reschedule their enrollment to another batch or program, subject to availability, provided they notify BeeTip Learning at least 48 hours prior to the original course start date.
