BeeTip Learning primarily offers digital products such as online courses, webinars, and coaching programs. As such, no physical shipping is involved. All content is delivered electronically via the BeeTip Learning platform, email, or third-party services.

1.1. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive immediate access to course materials, webinars, or digital products.

Access is granted through the BeeTip Learning platform, email links, or external learning management systems, depending on the course format.

If there are any delays in providing access, participants will be notified via email.

2. Exchange Policy

BeeTip Learning does not offer a traditional exchange policy for digital products or services, as these products are delivered instantly upon purchase. However, we offer the following alternatives:

2.1. Course Transfer

If you mistakenly purchase the wrong course or program, you may request a transfer to another course within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided the course has not been accessed.

Transfer requests are subject to course availability and approval. If the new course is priced higher than the original, the participant will be required to pay the difference.

If the new course is priced lower, the difference will not be refunded.

2.2. Content Update Requests

Participants can request updates to their current course enrollment (e.g., adding bonus materials, upgrading to a premium version, etc.).

Any changes or upgrades to content may require an additional payment, depending on the nature of the request.

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Digital content: Once access is granted, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed for digital courses, workshops, or other materials.

Discounted or promotional items: Any courses or services purchased at a discounted price or as part of a promotional offer are non-refundable and non-transferable.

BeeTip Learning will consider special requests for exchanges or transfers in the event of technical difficulties, errors during the purchase process, or personal circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).
